Hi
Check these:
1. The ports that are used in listener.ora are not used by some other process. It may be the possibility that it would be used by some other process. Check that port in linstener.ora and tnsnames.ora are same.
2. For the r3trans, check that you have included the path of run directory in enivronmental variable.
Hi,
you can reconfigure the oracle listner. it will work

1. Variable = dbms_type
Value = ora
2. Variable = PATH
Value = <oracle_home>\bin
3. VAraible = dbs_ora_tnsname
Value =<sid>
4. Variable = dbs_ora_schema
Value=SAPR3 or SAP<sid> (depending on which user the R/3 tables belong to)
5. Varaible = NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.<characterset> (see Note 381674)
6. Variable = ORACLE_HOME
Value =<oracle_home>
7. Varaible = SAPDATA_HOME
Value =<drive>:\oracle\<sid>

Check SAP Notes 576919 and 563574 and related notes. I hope this will help.
Kind regards.

hello Ravi
what is the port you have configured in listener.ora?
Is it 1527?
it seems your problem due to network port or network issue?
have you made any changes to your network setting or listener.ora ?
See the service listener ?Is it configured properly?
See the event logs if you get some error in your server.
It is windows environment ? try to stop everything and re-start windows?
hope it helps.
Amit

Hi,
1. start the listener from control panel services
2. also start the TNSnames services.
3. Then start the database frol sqlplus command
sqlplus>startup
database should be start.
4. now start the sap.

Hi,
For the r3trans, check that you have included the path of run directory in enivronmental variable.
Goto Command prompt
type C:\ or D:\ usr\sap\SID\SYS\exe\run and enter
then type r3trans -d.
It should get into 000 finished successfully, if not datbase connection problems.

Your R3trans connect should looks fine.
Try locate error in following files:
- sapstart.log
- sapstartsrv.log
- stderr* file
- dev_ms
- dev_disp
- dev_w*
cheers.

Why would you get the log from trans? If the system won't start, post the dev_ms and dev_disp from the work directory. Maybe a dev_w# trace file as well.
