Problem in transaction iView.

Hi All,

I have a scenario wherein a transaction View is opened on the click of a button in the VC Screen.

The problem is that when I click on this button, I have to RE-ENTER the Portalcredentials and then the backend Login credentials.

Is there any way in which I can avoid re-entering the portal credentials and just enter the backend login credentials ?

Have you done the SSO configuration between the portal and the backend system? If not do that and then try.
