Edit "Additional Information" to be visible on XI-Tools Start-Page

Hi guys,

i successfully edited the docu.htm but now i want to have the htm visible when opening the XI-Tools Start-Page and don't have to click "Additional Information". How to achieve this?!

On the other hand we have the problem that on this start page the Documentation link in the upper left is not linked to anything.

What has to be linked here and how to achieve this?!

I highly appreciate your help!
