Can anyone explain me the purpose of using Keyfield in fcc with examples?

Can there be multiple headers?
Recordset structure - header,*,pdt,*
is the above line right if my structure is
header,xx,xx,xx
pdt,ss,ss
pdt,sd,sd
header,xx,xx,xx
pdt,ss,ss
pdt,sd,sd

Keyfield is helpful to distinguish between different records of a file.
usually most of the files have a keyfield. Eg;
01,aa,bbb,aaa,ccc - Header
02,qq,ww,ee,tt - Body
02,gg,hh,jj,ss
03,tttt - trailer
In the above case, the key fields are 01 for the header, 02 for the repeating body and 03 for the trailor.

How will u differentiate Header and Item Record .. it is based on Key Field only.....
