hi,

We just install the ecc6.0 on sun solaris. please suggest the backup configration and steps for to take the offline and online backup.

You can start with

--> Backup and Restore (at the bottom of the page).

How often and which backups to take is usually defined by your company policy.

After Correction in backup profile parameter like tape size Etc. we are able to start the backups..
