Quantity problem while creating the sales order

Dear Experts,

Need your inputs for the following case,

the sales order has to accept only quantity 1, if more than 1 qty it has to show error message.

how to control this,as i know not through incompletion log.

Please let us know your valuable suggestions urgently.

Hello Raju,

the relevant User Exit is MV45AFZZ, in this use FORM userexitsave_document_ Here, check for the field ZMENG from VBAP.

Go to SPRO

Sales and Distribution- --- Sales Documents -- Sales Document Item - -- - Sales Document Item--Select yr sales doc item category view the same there u will find -- general control -- put tick on order qty=1

Hello Raju,

This is possible per Item category and not for a particular Sales Doc type. go to VOV7, and for the item category, in general control mark the box Order Qty = 1.

Else, you'll have user exits to stop the user from entering more than qty 1 in a Sales Order.
