If I will maintain Chart of acc CAIN & Fiscal year varient V3,

Then what I should maintain in Year& perid In T-Code-OMSY.

Please give me the solution for this.

Hi,

if u mauntained fiscal yr variant as V3, then you have maintain the year as 2008 and period as 5 for August.

Hi,

If your Financial Year runs from April to March, then

Year: 2008

Period: 05

And if Jan to dec, then

Year: 2008

Period: 08

You have to maintain your entry Comapny-wise.

Also, if you want to allow BackPosting, Check Box: ABp

Hi Rashm

You can maintain the current open period and the end of period and the curent year

the period indicates the open period for posting , so you can have the previous period or next periods open if you wish
