Implementing Concurrent Employment in SRM 5

Hi,

I'm working in a new ERP 2005 and SRM 5 implementation. We need to implement the concurrent employment concept in the SRM 5 system which is tied to the backend ERP 2005 system.

We haven't been able to find any useful information on this subject so I'm wondering if anyone has any experience or suggestions as to how to proceed in SRM as it doesn't seem to be able to handle it at this point in time.

Concurrent employment is when a person can be actively assigned to multiple positions simultaneously.

The initial issue we seem to have is that the org structure synchronization doesn't seem to handle the other position scenarios.
