I have setup workcenters in Solution manager 7.0. I have aslo configured the service desk with automatic email alerts when the status of a call changes. When i go in to the Incident Management workcenter i can view a list of all the logged calls for processing by me and my team. When i highlight a call in the Incident Management workcenter then i get an overview of the call below that. There is a couple of buttons relating to that call. The Buttons are REPLY, ADD ATTACHMENT, CONFIRM AND PRINT PREVIEW. When I click the REPLY button another box opens and i can type in a description and send it. I would like to know where that responce goes to as i do not receive an email and i do not see anything in my SAP OFFICE transaction SO01.

The "Reply" updates the service desk message and is visible afterwards in the Work Center and in the related GUI Transaction (CRM_DNO_MONITOR).
