No entry generated in ERPTRANS when PR created by MRP

Former Member

Hi.

I am trying to set up Plan Driven procurement on SRM 5.0 and ECC6.00.

I used MRP to create purchase requisition. After the exection of MRP,

I found no entry created in the ERPTRANS table for the PR documents

generated by MRP.

However, after changing the MRP origin PR document with ME52N,

a entry for that PR document was inserted in the ERPTRANS table.

Also, I manually created a purchase requisition using ME51N,

an entry was inserted in ERPTRANS table too.

Are there any special settings necessary for MRP?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi

I saw my MRP Result in MD04.

PR documents were created correctly. But, no entry in ERPTRANS table.

There's almost no difference between my MRP - PR and ME51N - PR

except 'Creation Indicator'. 'B' for MRP, 'R' for Manually.

Thanks.

Hi

Did you check source of supply for that PR.

if source of supply is not available it will be avaialble in the table. How frequency you are running the BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER program in the back end.

Hi. Muthu.

I checked source of supply for my PR and it was not available.

I am running BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER manually now.

because currently I am just trying to set up PDP.

Thank you.

Hi.

Thanks for your info.

Refering your links, I found that the cause may be the manual checkbox

in table T160EX as discussed in the link below,

Link:

I have not tried it yet.

I will check it next week and let you know the result.

I appreciate your help.

Hi

I saw the manual check box in the table T160EX,

but my problem is not solved.

In whichever case of the manual check box at On or Off,

PRs generated by MRP will not appear in the ERPTRANS

table.

I am going to ask OSS about this problem.

Prior to pushing a PR item to EPRTRANS , ECC will award a procurement profile in EBAN table if the PDP settings are correct?

EBAN-EPROFILE

what about your MRP PR & manual PR?

And the account assignment is blank.

Best regards.
