Build service Not reachable

Hi all,

In JDI,Our team were earlier worked and deployed the components successfully. Everything went fine.

But suddenly from last week we are having a strange issue like the bulid service url is not reachable something like that. Due to that in CMS also import is getting failed with the exception.

I tried to test the conenction by pinging in NWDS. Everything is getting conneted but CBS is not getting

My problem is that CBS service is unreachable.I tried to check in visual admin by restarting the service and check the parameter as well like JDK_HOMEPATH,idlestart =false.etc, eventhough i chcecked in Network level as well.

But i could not able to found out the solution

If anyone have idea on this,Please suggest me.

I started the application in visual admin under deploy service. Wait for sometime to check the changes.
