Hi,
I am trying to configure end to end monitoring error through RWB---Configuration
Under configuration I have selected all the components Business System (PI 105,106,107 & R/3 800) ALE Logical System (PI 105, 106, 107).
Selected Send, Recieve for all the components and Reciever Port as R/3 Port defined in PI for PI 105, 106 & 107 clients.
Now while I am saving configuration its giving error as Logon/Credentials are not valid for RFC Communication for PI RFCs and for R/3 its giving communication error.
Now I am even unable to open RWB its giving following error:
In each monitoring window (Component, Message, Index, End to end etc..)
Error during communication with System Landscape Directory: User credentials are invalid or user is denied access
Unable to read XI domain from the SLD. Monitoring cannot therefore be configured. Error message: com.sap.aii.rwb.exceptions.BuildLandscapeException: Error during communication with System Landscape Directory: User credentials are invalid or user is denied access
Can anyone guide me what I have to do to resolve this error and configure end to end monitoring successfully.
Thanks & Regards,
Manish
Check whether PIRWBUSER is locked or not. If not, check if u have recently changed its password.

Hi,
PIRWBUSER was service user. When i changed it to Dialog user after that I am able to go to all monitoring screen without any error, but still need to configure end to end monitoring.
Can anyone tell me what will be the difference between selecting below components in configuration:
a. If I select Business System (PI & R/3)
OR
b. If I select ALE Logical System (PI & R/3)
OR
c. If I select both the options.
Will be grateful if anyone can clear my doubts and help me in configuring end to end monitoring.
Thanks & Regards,
Manish

Hi,
I haven't changed password and even i set it again to the default one which i have provided during installation Exchange Profile apart from that I have deleted RFC's which got created during set up of Monitoring.
But still its getting locked while I am going on RWB on different monitoring tabs giving following error message:
Unable to read XI domain from the SLD. Monitoring cannot therefore be configured. Error message: com.sap.aii.rwb.exceptions.BuildLandscapeException: Error during communication with System Landscape Directory: User credentials are invalid or user is denied access
Any idea whereelse I need to check PIRWBUSER password.
Thanks & Regards,
Manish

Hi,
PIRWBUSER user was locked earlier in 100, 105, 106 & 107 client of PI system. I unlocked it but still facing the same error. User password was not reset.
I updated once again password for PIRWBUSER in all RFC's, Exchangeprofile but after sometime its getting locked again in 100 client.
No idea where the password is not correct.
Any ideas?
Thanks & Regards,
Manish
