error in invoice list print preview

Hi,

When i want to see the print preview of my invoice list document the error comes Billing document does not exist.Though i checked the different number range is used for this billing type no overlapping .Output type has been correctly determined.

What else i am missing pls guide.

please specify the o/p condition records and check.

in VV31

&

Check in the Communication whether you have selected the medium as 3 for individual request for the Users.

&

Check in the NACE transactions if you have given any requirement for the O/P Condition type which is not getting satisfied.

Hi,

Please check

1. the output is processed correctly with a green signal in the output type.

2. see the medium of the output type.

the status is yellow and the medium i used in printout.

Condition is satisfied which i have given in transaction code NACE.

When i am using sap standard output type i.e.LR00 and Billing type LR.I can see the print preview of the document.But when i create the new output type and billing type by copying the standard i am getting this issue.
