TO split by outbound delivery item number

Hi experts,

As you know, we can split TO by picking areas for outbound delivery. however, our requirement is whether the WM system can split TO according to numbers of outbound delivery and picking area also need to be considered.

Example:

Outbound delivery A(contains 5 items in 2 picking areas);

Outbound delivery B(contains 10 items in 3 picking areas).

Can we set split criterion as >5 items in system. Suppose it's OK, outbound delivery A won't split(items <5 ) but outbound delivery B should be splitted to 3 TOs(items >5 and contain 3 picking areas in outbound delivery).

If so where can we customize it? I haven't found any split criterion from 'Sort profile for TO splitting'.

Hi,

You should be able to use user-exit MWM****12 for this. Here you can put your own TO split criteria in.
