PI 7.3, Communication Channel Monitor - Processing Details not getting updated

Hi all,

I have configured a SRM to MDM via PI configuration. It is a Proxy to SFTP scenario. Message is successfully processed in PI, Integration Engine. Please refer SXI_MONITOR trace below.

However, no file is getting delivered at the SFTP server. For the first message, I get the below log in the communication channel monitor.

It was server finger print issue. I modified the communication channel server finger print parameter with the one mentioned in the log in the communication channel. I did CPA cache refresh and started the channel again.

After that 2 more messages were triggered. However, the Processing details are not getting updated in the communication channel monitor.

No file is getting delivered at the SFTP server  as well.

How to get the processing details for this? Why is it not getting updated ? Please suggest.

check Message monitoring in RWB once and see if message details are getting updated.
